Orientation and capacity to shape

My Definition of Leadership
Understanding of Leadership
Leadership arises where awareness takes responsibility.
It begins within: in self-awareness, clarity, and courage,
and it has impact outward, where decisions are carried and relationships shaped.
Mature leadership does not show itself in titles, but in how tension is held:
- Providing orientation where uncertainty prevails.
- Creating connection where structures are missing.
- Enabling change where clinging on hinders progress.
For me, leadership is a process: a reciprocal unfolding between people, contexts, and what seeks to emerge.
Mission & Motivation
Leadership as an Orienting Function
I am most inspired when working on something that has not yet existed.
When systems start moving and the task is to perceive and shape processes of change and leadership.
What drives me is meaning. I work in spaces that are about purpose and awareness. For me, co-creation is not a method but an attitude: impact emerges when we follow together what truly matters.
I navigate the unknown with clarity, structure, and an open gaze.
And I recognize the moment when it is not about steering, but about listening.
My aim is outcomes that arise from depth – not from compulsion or the need for control.
My Strengths in Leadership Roles
Systemic Clarity: I perceive patterns and tensions early and use them as levers for development.
Leading from Presence: I create orientation and resonance beyond roles and titles.
Integrative Practice: I connect people, perspectives, and disciplines to open new pathways.
Contextual Intelligence: I move with ease between strategy, structure, role, and depth – shaping impact in the given context.
Foundations
Background & Qualifications
Experience
Over two decades of leadership responsibility – from startups to SMEs to corporate,
and from content and communication to strategy and leadership development.
Shaping Influences
What shaped me was not the title, but the experience of providing orientation: in building up, in times of change, in crisis, and in transition.
Career Stations
I have translated technological topics, aligned teams, built digital ecosystems, and shaped strategic communication – in roles with divisional responsibility, international focus, and multiple transformation experiences, both professional and organizational.
My path has led through technology, media, IT, e-sports, automotive, and mobility – always at intersections where something new had to and could be created.
Today
I think strategically, lead in a connecting way, and create multidimensional and perspective-rich contexts.
Today I bring my experience in strategy, leadership development, organizational design, and systemic process facilitation – as someone who recognizes patterns, integrates tensions, and opens spaces for genuine development.
