Companion in flexible Roles
Helping People & Organizations to move
I support individuals in transition,
fellow professionals or leaders in reflection,
teams through change,
and organizations in transformation.
Presence, clarity, and the willingness to move with whatever is essential in each moment.
Coaching
Companionship with depth and presence.
Since 2016 I have been engaged in continuous, multi-layered development: formal, substantive, emotional, systemic, conscious, embodied. Many things now happen on their own, without effort. Life itself teaches.
As a coach, I work with presence, sensitivity, and contextual awareness, always adapting to people and circumstances individually. I use no templates and no “standard methods.” This allows me to support individuals in transition, teams in change, and organizations in transformation in a way that resonates or fits, rather than merely matches.
I hold spaces where what needs to emerge can do so. My methods arise from what is required: situational, diverse, always in service of the process.
My stance is integrative and meta-systemic. It is grounded in autonomy, awareness, and a deep appreciation for what is.
Not everything needs a solution. But much longs to be seen.
Developmental Facilitation
I work from the understanding that development cannot be manufactured. It unfolds. When something is ready, when space, time, phenomena, and awareness come together.
In my work I merge depth with structure, embodied awareness with feeling and mind, the inner with the outer.
It is about direction, never about control.
It is about resonance, rarely about reaction.
And about togetherness that is more than mere collaboration.
Essential Threads
Methodological Grounding
My methodological foundation is broad. Rather than focusing on specific techniques, I recognize that different contexts call for different approaches.
What I bring forth arises from what is needed; oftentimes in the very moment. Everything I have learned serves resonance, not repertoire. And perhaps my favorite way to put it:
my method is not to focus on any single method.
