Guidance

I guide people through transitions, those who guide others through reflection, teams through change, and organizations through transformation.

  • Consultant

Presence, clarity, and the willingness to go with whatever is essential in the moment—that is the basis of my work.

Developmental guidance for people with leadership responsibility at turning points, for teams and organizations; in crisis and reorientation.

Remote, on-site, or hybrid—in Germany and internationally.

I use what I have learned as an attitude and a method in coaching. I do not provide therapy, do not heal, and do not make diagnoses.

Coaching

Guidance with depth and attitude.

Since 2016, I have been on a continuous, multilayered path of development—formal, emotional, systemic, and embodied. Over time, “technique” mattered less; attitude, awareness, and resonance mattered more.

As a coach, I work with presence, sensitivity, and awareness of context. I adapt neither to methods nor to templates—but to the person, the topic, the moment. That is how I offer fitting guidance through transitions, changes, and processes that seek clarity or support.

My attitude is integrative and meta-systemic. It is grounded in awareness, autonomy, and deep appreciation for what is. Not everything needs a solution. But much wants to be seen.

Developmental guidance

I assume that development is not made—it happens. When something is ready, it needs space, time, attention, and perception so that something new can emerge.

In my work, I connect depth with structure, body awareness with feeling and mind, the inner with the outer. It is about orientation, and not about control. It is about resonance, and rarely about reaction. And about a togetherness that is more than collaboration.

Methodological foundation

My methodological foundation is broad—not because I am fixated on techniques, but because people and contexts need different points of access. What I use arises in the moment. I work with what makes sense right now—physically, systemically, emotionally, mentally.

My method is to have no method—except the one that works now.

Guiding principles

What I guide people through

  • When something changes: transition, crisis, reorientation
  • When you carry responsibility for others and stand at a turning point
  • When a team or an organization is in transformation
  • When you guide people yourself and want to reflect on your work

How I guide

  • I listen and I stay.
  • I work without a template: with what makes sense in the moment.
  • Body, feeling, and thinking are all part of it.
  • Not everything needs a solution. Much wants to be seen first.

I got to know you as someone who wants to understand the person in front of him and has the ability to set his ego aside completely. You are one of the best coaches I have had the privilege of meeting.

Daniela, companion along the way

I found it very moving, the openness and authenticity with which you spoke […], and the presence with which you listened and mirrored me.
