Connectedness

In times of uncertainty, connectedness beyond roles and results can be the most valuable thing we can give.
This is a personal post.
Not about what I do, but what shapes me.
Not about my work, but about the ground it grows from.
I am someone who sensed early on how loud silence can be when you are present—but not really meant.
Someone who seeks depth because the surface has never nourished me.
I think a lot. Rarely to escape, but rather because for a long time my experience and my body did not feel like safe places.
I am learning: depth is not a goal. It shows itself when there is nothing left to impress.
I don’t fit in by nature. And perhaps exactly that is my path:
To stay present without bending myself out of shape.
To stay real, also and especially when nothing is clear.
To speak softly, and still carry a sound.
I am sharing these words because I believe some will feel them—not just read them.
And if you are one of them: you are not alone.
If you sense that you would like to get in touch—differently, more humanly—I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your time.
